With over three decades of experience in the construction field, my extensive knowledge allows me to perceive what others often overlook. Holding the esteemed title of Certified Professional Inspector®, I have completed numerous hours of ongoing education through InterNACHI®, the sole nationally accredited school for home inspectors. Additionally, I possess a valid FAA license as a UAV/UAS (drone) pilot. Since the mid-1980s, I have called Northern Colorado my home, currently residing in the picturesque town of Berthoud, CO, also known as “The Garden Spot of Colorado, alongside my family. Renowned for my unwavering work ethic, I am always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, particularly my valued clients.
