New Construction Pre-Closing

Newly built houses, despite what people may assume, can still have flaws. It is not guaranteed that every home builder produces a flawless masterpiece. Due to the rapid pace of construction methods, techniques, and mindset in today’s industry, even major deficiencies can be present in new homes. By conducting a Pre-Closing inspection on a newly constructed home, you can identify these defects before finalizing the purchase. If these defects are discovered after the closing, they may become warranty issues that may not be covered by the home’s warranty.
Pre-Drywall

Prior to the installation of drywall in a newly constructed house, conducting an inspection is essential. This Pre-Drywall Inspection helps in identifying any possible issues with the framing, plumbing, and electrical systems before it becomes too difficult to rectify them. Additionally, it provides insight into the repairs that might be required during this phase of the construction process. By detecting problems at an early stage, both time and money can be saved in the future.
Multi-Unit

A Multi-Unit Inspection refers to the examination of a property comprising two to four units. It resembles a standard home inspection as it entails inspecting every aspect of each unit. The individual inspection of each unit holds significant importance due to the potential existence of distinct issues within each. If you are considering investing in a multi-unit property, this inspection is highly recommended. The inspection reports for this type of assessment can be presented as a unified report or can be separated into individual unit reports without any additional charges to you.
Additional services include Mobile Homes, Manufactured Homes (modulars), Outbuildings, Garages, and individual systems, such as decks, roof covering/structure, attic insulation/ventilation, crawlspaces & basements, lot grading/landscaping, building exteriors, pet safety, and more.
